How these figures are calculated
Paid members count distinct active subscribers with a positive recurring charge. Monthly revenue is their current recurring plan value after ongoing discounts, with annual plans divided by 12. It excludes trials, overdue or paused billing, taxes, and one-time discounts; it is not cash collected or revenue after processing fees. The totals above show the current position and do not change with the chart view.
Joined counts new or returning subscribers when a Care subscription begins, including trial starts. Canceled counts when their last overlapping Care subscription actually ends. Renewals do not count as new joins, and a scheduled cancellation appears only after it takes effect. Members are grouped by billing email where available. Free testing accounts and the internal $0.50 test plan are excluded throughout. All chart times are UTC.
